Roadmap
The roadmap describes outcomes, not guaranteed dates. Version numbers follow semantic intent for a content project: major versions may change structure or method contracts; minor versions add compatible content systems; patches fix sources, links, wording, and automation.
v1.0 — Stable foundation

Quality gates
Every release should keep the 3-minute path usable, internal links valid, documentation build green, quotations traceable, and cases anonymized. Star milestones are tracked as learning signals, never as a promise or an excuse to lower quality.
